Always a wait even with an appointment, hour plus and multiple stages to get a basic refill on a prescription. Stick with smaller chains like vision source if you need basic stuff. Clearly for LASIK this place excels but it's overwhelming and unsatisfactory for normal glasses/contacts.

My lasik surgery didn't go as well as expected. I read and understood the risks ahead of time but I also believed the staff and written statements from Mann indicating they would correct any mistakes for no charge. At each follow up visit they tried to minimize the blurriness in my left eye and kept putting off any suggestion of correcting the eye. They seem deceptive to me and I would not recommend having lasik done here

They use their own employees to post positive reviews about the clinic on the internet. The problem is these people don't identify themselves as employees which is misleading and tacky.Kind of makes you wonder about the lack of integrity and honesty on the part of this business.

What a disappointing experience. The assistant who brought me in to the first room was really friendly and great. But the next hour plus I spent in the second waiting area while I waited to actually be seen by the dr was unbearable. The Spring clinic is much newer, cleaner and faster ... Unfortunately I had to come here to see the surgeon. I may have to reconsider sticking with them long term. My appointment was at 2pm. 90+ minutes later and I'm still waiting and on the verge of leaving to make another appointment I have in the woodlands this evening. I expect doctors to be on time to see me, or at least see me within a reasonable amount of time. Can I charge you for the time I spent sitting here waiting? My time is just as valuable as yours doctors. Jumping off my soap box now.

Not a very helpful and friendly staff. Had to wait for half an hour to find out their lab cannot help me with anything anyway. There are plenty of Optical place around town to bother with Mann Eye here in Spring area. Sorry but you lost our business.
