    Got off the elevator and was greeted with a really nice lady that worked at this doctors office, I told her I needed to go to the restroom , she said no problem! even though I was late ( which I had called ahead of time and told him that I was going to be)When I walked in the front door the lady behind Counter was one of the rudest people, Ive dealt with in a doctors office( I almost walked out) told me to sign into the customer portal takes away from human to human contact but in her case I think I understand why( she was wearing a witches outfit )Would have to say the doctors were amazing and so was the doctors assistantI went back to the front after the visit to pay and The receptionist said that they do not except cash , this was very frustrating and she changed her mind to say if I had the exact change, that I could .what kind of place can you not pay cash withThe last thing I want to do is walk into a doctors office thinking there a Walmart, get a nice receptionist , get rid of the portal

    First off Dr. Noroozian is amazing and goes above and beyond to help. She really seems to care and takes her time explaining and making sure you understand your eyes health. The reason for the 2 star isnt her by any means, but how the rest of the office has a lack of communication. My first visit there was last year. While there I needed my eyes dilated. The lady from the front set me aside and says she will be back to dilate my eyes, 30 min later she comes back and asks if my eyes are dilated yet? I explain she never put the solution in my eyes too dilate them. Shes says shes sorry she forgot and it will be another 30min for it to take effect. Fast forward to this year and I go in for an eye exam and glasses. Exam goes great, so I decided to order my glasses there. I knew exactly which frames and lens I wanted. I go through the process of getting the glasses ordered, even though they were more expensive than the competition but decide its ok cause Dr. Noroozian was very helpful with the exams and Im leaving for vacation in a month so I wanted to hurry so they will be ready. The lady up front gets my info and tells me the price but when I go to pay she tells me to hold off cause she wants to call RayBan for an eta. She says she will call me first thing in the morning and if I dont hear from her to call her. The next day I dont hear from her so I call, I was told she was busy and they will have her call me. Lunch time comes and I call back and again they will let her know to call me. Around 4 I call again. Was told she left early for the day. I explained I called twice already and the lady who answered offered to go see if she left any notes. She comes back and says theres a note that she ordered all the colors of the frame style and when they come in I can pick the ones I want. Frustrated I still decided to wait even though I already told her what style frames and lens I wanted. Week goes by and no calls. Went to LensCrafters and was able to order the RayBans I wanted with the color lens. In 8 days they were ready to pickup. Didnt have to call multiple times and the price was much cheaper.

    First of all , they sent my reminder to the wrong number, my husband's phone while he was at work. He can't have his phone on at certain times. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment and they would not see me and said I could reschedule. The receptionist said the next patient came early and they had already sent them back, so I said just put me in after the other patient who was using my time, and she said we have patients scheduled back to back today so we can't do it. Unless they only give each patient 10 minutes with the doctor, It seemed they overbooked and squeezed another patient in my spot and they didn't leave room in between appointments. The receptionist wasn't friendly. I was very disappointed!

    I have been a patient at Mann over 10 years, have recommended family members and friends and have always been pleased. However, last Wednesday I had an awful experience. First, I was not told the elevator was out. I am 67 and have great difficulty taking stairs. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Once In the waiting room 5 other patients were called back before me. Two patients called while i was still waiting even came to check out before I was called back.. I was going to walk out after waiting 45 minutes but was called in at 43 minutes. I had a field test. My technician was in training so the examination prior to the doctor took an hour, totally unacceptable. My husband was waiting in the car in the parking lot. I was in the office over 2 hours. I was not happy and to think I had to go down the stairs only made it worse.
