Very Expensive! The insurance covered the first pair of glasses (one a year) for my son and unfortunately the frame cracked after just a month of use. I called to replace the frame and they wanted to charge me $170 just for the frame! I asked for a lower price being that I got glasses for all my kids there (upgrades that cost me hundreds of dollars above the insured prices) but they refused. I got the same exact frame online for $40 and I changed the lenses myself.

I got my procedure in March 2018 and at first everything was fine and great. Eventually my vision kept getting worse and worse. Now i struggle even looking at my phone. Please!!! Please!!! do your research before considering even getting lasik. I honestly regret it.

Dr. Green was wonderful. She made it easy to understand what she saw during the examination. BUT, bought a pair of glasses and the frames were almost $600. I loved the frames and they came with a 1 year warranty. The frames broke while on my face, driving to work. i returned the broken frames to the location where I bought them A week after returning the frames I received a call from Mann Eye offering to to replace the frames for $285, close to half of the cost. Their explanation was that the warranty covered manufactures defects and that most manufacturers defects occur within the first 90 days. And that since my glasses were almost 8 months.old that they were not covered under the warranty. My first concern is who determined that there was not a manufacturers defect and how did they make that determination.Any company that will not honor it warranty and contracts is not a company worth doing business with.

I see really good reviews on here and all I have to say is ALWAYS get a second opinion. These people were really nice but I think they were just buttering us up to take our money. My grandmother was referred here for cataract surgery. They didnt want to take her insurance but they said with her insurance she have to pay $8,000 if she wanted to see perfectly without wearing any type of glasses. The next option was $4,000 and shed need readers. The bare minimum was $2,000 and she could possibly still need glasses. They also told her that she had a mild case of glaucoma, and theyd put a stent in her eye during the surgery which contributed to the prices. My grandmother has dementia and was really upset at the prices, she was stressed out! We left and went to another doctor who took her insurance in full and she didnt have to pay anything for the surgery at all. She just had to pay $36 for the surgery center fee. Shes doing FINE and she can see without any glasses at all. She also told the doctor about her concerns for glaucoma and that doctor told her they tested her more than once for glaucoma and didnt find anything at all. Be careful they are scammingPeople out of money.

I had a very mixed experience with my appointment. It didnt start well: When making the appointment I had to fill or extensive information sheets with my insurance information, copies of my insurance card, medical background, etc. when I checked in I simply filled out these forms again in person. Why have us fill them out online if we just have to do it again? Then, I waited for my appointment. Twenty-five minutes after my appointment time, I started to feel frustrated. Helpfully, there was a little sign posted stating Your time is important to us. Please let us know if you have been waiting more than 20 minutes. So, I walked up to the counter and let her know that Hey, its been about 25 minutes since my appointment time. She didnt apologize or use any kind of nonverbal signals to indicate care. She told me she would check on it and after shuffling through some papers said they will be right with you. Its almost like it was a canned response, and contained exactly no helpful information nor any apology. I waited exactly 44 minutes for my appointment. When the tech finally called my name, he asked me how I was doing so I said frankly, Im ok but Ive been waiting 44 minutes, which was frustrating. He said, and I quote, youre lucky, its usually around an hour and a half. We had some banter around that being much too long and perhaps scheduling should look into it, etc.The tech himself was friendly and professional and the eye exam went very well. I felt he was careful to get the measurements correctly.Once finished, I was led to another room and had to wait a length of time to see the doctor. Altogether I waited upwards of an hour+ to get an optometry exam, which I feel is excessive. The doctor herself was nice, and I would see her again.Overall, I think this practice has lovely techs and providers, and they seem competent. However, there appear to be some systemic/organizational issues.
