    I got lasik here over a year ago. Everyone was very nice prior to my surgery. Since my surgery I have continuously had issues with my night version. It became worse after getting lasik. I also see a glare when I look certain ways. I called Mann Eye on numerous occasions after my surgery and kept being brushed off and told that it would improve. I eventually just gave up on trying to get help. Over a year later and it never improved. I also wish I would have looked at other options before going with Mann eye, as I later found other places for better prices.

    Dr. Patel and the staff were all thorough, personable, and helpful. I will continue to get my routine eye care from Mann.EDIT: Trying to reach the office by phone is impossible. Today I spent 10 minutes on hold trying to get through to the local office. Then I left a message and never received a return call. Horrible customer service.

    Be careful. The Mann experience, which once considered care and attentiveness toward the customer, is now gone, specifically the office experience at the front desk. (Where is Dr. Mann when I need him?) I was here yesterday for my annual eye check. So much is robotic from inserting your driver license card in a machine as two staff sit at a desk. (Do not insert your DL in the machine nor give away your SSN. You can refuse. I am still recovering from identity theft.) Nobody apologizes or admits wrong; these are key practices to learn and for transparency. Also, the request to charge your credit card for any reason is presented. The document does not say it's optional. The first sentence is misleading. (Refuse. I did, and then 4 staff members came together. One asks, "What's the problem?") I ended up completing a paper form. Next, you're asked to allow an additional $55 fee if you are found to have a defect. On my way out I had to make another stop to pay and make sure I was not overcharged. Last, I wanted to schedule my next appointment, because the ophthamologists and specialists are superb. Get this: I was told it was impossible to schedule my next eye check appointment. Why? They don't have the calendar up yet. 2024 is around the corner! How can the office experience become better or at least more caring and helpful? Refusing to schedule appointments for loyal customers? (It took me 5 months to make this appointment.) I was told to call back in 6 months to make an appointment for my annual check. (Nobody in the front desk wears name tags, so it is hard to tell who's who.) How can this place once so caring become so bureacratic and with no ophthamologists involved? I wished the opthamologists knew what happens at the front desk. Poor, uncaring office services appear here. Once you're past the front desk shenanigans, however, you finally get to meet the professionals who care and take care of you for real and with expertise. I am unsure I can do this another year if the front desk does not change its service approach.

    Good for cross-linking surgery and thats about it. They didnt listen to me about my KC and tried to upsell expensive lenses and fittings that I didnt require. I left mid-exam. I will not be back unless referred by my primary eye doctor.

    Very nice office, free coffee and cappuccinos, nice view. Do NOT value their patients' time. My husband and I arrived on time for his appointment, filled out the forms, and then waited 45 minutes to be seen, and that was not by the doctor, it was the MA or nurse, not sure which. Then we were told to wait in another waiting area until another exam room was ready, then we waited in there for the doctor. So, what should have been an hour long appointment became a 2 1/2 hour ordeal. The staff was friendly overall, but we will never go back.
