    Would not trust Loden for eye care. I drove 45 min. each way because I was considering eye surgery with what I thought was a reputable facility. Many mistakes were made. Two examination machines malfunctioned during my visit. I had to move exam rooms three times. A technician, not a doctor, did my examination. After an hour +, the doctor told me the exam was done wrong and I needed to come back the next day. No apologies were made. The receptionist scheduled the re-do exam for a different office over an hour away. A machine malfunctioned at the second appointment. No one smiled. No one was friendly. Everyone seemed miserable. Again, not even an apology for making me spend three hours on the road and close to three hours in the office. I missed a lot of work.

    I had an appointment in March of this year. Since I was a first time patient I understand that for all the paper work to be completed it would take time, so I arrived 30 minutes early. I was waiting for more that 30 mins after my appointment and when I inquired as to the delay, they said "I was waiting because they were waiting for me to complete the paper work, WTF. I had turned it in 15 mins before my appointment and I still needed to wait! The exam was long, then I had to wait for the Doctor because he had many other patients in the queue. I then waited in line for the prescription to be filled, the sales person took his time helping me even though, I told him I was in a hurry (already there 2.5 hours). He gave me only expensive options and I was not interested in paying for over priced lens (I already had a pair of my own frames). He said well you can use your insurance money to pay down your cost, I was left with only about $200.00 after the cost of the exam. He pressured me into paying a higher quality product because he said the others were not able to withstand day to day usage. As it turns out the pair of lens that I bought from them were no different than any other common lens. What a HUGE mistake the was. I am in the process of buying a second pair of lens and when I asked them for a copy of my prescription, they tried to pressure me into buying another pair from them. I told them that I was going somewhere else because I could not afford their prices, they became uncooperative with me and said that it may take a while to find the prescription because it was in data base. If I have to get another exam because they won't help, I will just do it, to get what I need.

    You will pay $120 for a contact lens fee in addition to your eye exam fee. This is $120 just because you wear contacts and nothing else. They say you get trials included but these are vendor samples. Very sad they take advantage of people.

    I had an 8:00 appointment today and after I was taken back for the vision exam the employee told me that there had been no air conditioning in the building since the day before, and she apologized that it was so hot. This office is in an office building with no windows and no ventilation. I asked why they were not concerned about covid and she told me they were very concerned but they were told they must work anyway. I am 63 years old and at high risk for covid, and I do not appreciate being put at risk by a company that is more interested in their profit than in their employee and patients health. It is completely irresponsible, and I will not return.

    New to town and looked at reviews for eye Drs. reviews for this place looked good.Agree with the guy that said they rush you like assembly line.They never could get a set of contacts that worked for me. Kept telling me to try them and come back each wk.The nurse that did my exam said I was wanting vision like when I was younger, so I was over compensating during my exam. Because I kept telling her each switch of the focals I couldnt see. It was horrible to be talked down to and frustrating that I went 3 times and never got anywhere with them and had to go somewhere else
