Appointment was 8:50. Just finished at 9:58 for a simple vision test.The assistant did all the test in 5 minutes. Then I spent the rest waiting on the doctor to look at my eyes to hand me the prescription that her assistant did for herSave yourself an hour and go anywhere else

I had an appointment with Loren vision and I called twice before my appointment couldnt get anyone on the phone. I drove up there for my appointment just to find out they had closed 2 hours prior to my appointment. I didnt receive any notification about this from them so I wasted my time going out there.

Not satisfied with my experience at Loden Vision at all. When I expressed my concerns I got zero help. I have to pay again to go somewhere else for another eye appointment so I can get the prescription and help I need. I waited almost an hour to even get back to a room. The equipment is dated and when I asked about specifics I was told that information is available for an extra charge.
