My mother had a procedure here. As a nurse I was shocked that while waiting pre procedure a staff member in scrubs enters the waiting room with two bottles of drops. This staff member calls out patient names, asks which eye is having surgery, then uses her gloveless hands to administer drops to patient after patient, from the same bottles! No checking of name bracelet, no hand hygiene between patients, no attempt at privacy. To make matters more concerning, at discharge out mother was given no activity restrictions despite our online search providing numerous restrictions for healing.

Was referred to loden by Dr Lumpkin I work for walmart and was told that I needed to take a leave so I applied and loden does nor do leave for anyone

They are aweful myWife left there with eye lens bandage and next appointment they did not treat her problem and left the bandage in her eye more than a week she had to remove it herself very bad do not recommend and they said they took my insurance UMR AND VSP BUT STILL SEND ME THE WHILE BILL IN THE MAIL DO NOT RECOMMEND.

After spending an hour and paying my co-pay I left with no answers was told I would have to come back for several visits. Before I could even discuss having my cataracts removed. Does not sound like a place I want to be operating on my eyes!!!!!!!!
