I tried to make an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Loden for LASIK, but my appointment kept getting rescheduled. Multiple times I was told that my appointment had to be rescheduled because Dr. Loden was scheduled for surgery on the day of my appointment. I gave the office plenty of notice for my appointment, and I was ok with them rescheduling me the first time because I understand that things can happen. It felt very inconsiderate of my time for them to do that more than once.

would not recommend Loden Vision Center...i would not recommend the upgrade lens cost $6000.00, very little improvement in vision.

2 hour wait after appointment time because they were not prepared for the appointment. And still couldn't get it right. 100% unacceptable.

My wife had an appointment for some type of culture sample something.. Arrived 30 min before appointment time. Then waited over an hour after appointment time and still not started because they don't have the culture slides they need to conduct the procedure. WHY would you make an appointment for someone when you don't have the supplies required? Who runs this place? Teenagers?

Had to leave work for my daughters 3:15 eye exam, because that is the latest they see anyone. I see why now. We arrived at 3pm, and left at 5pm. TWO HOURS! Sat in exam room with no one letting us know what was happening for an hour and a half almost! Never again. And didnt even apologize or explain. Avoid this location unless you have hours to sit!
