I accompanied my elderly parent two times for visits to Dr Purohit approximately a year apart. The office staff has been nice and professional both times. However, I find Dr Purohit very rude and impatient when questions are asked and no educational materials are offered to help my parent understand the condition that has left her with blindness. Dr Purohit seems to want to get out of the exam room as quickly as possible. Im a medical professional myself with 30 years of experience and would never treat my patients in this manner. When we left, my parent asked ME to explain what was wrong with her eyes. Isnt that what we came to this doctor for? I would not recommend Dr Purohit and am sorry I took my parent to him.

*Research the Flapless SMILE at Toyos Clinic*Loden Vision does a horrible job scheduling. After scheduling the first time, they cancelled without telling me (due to Covid). When I rescheduled, apparently they mistakenly scheduled me for a contact fitting exam when I wanted lasik, because when i arrived they gave me an agreement form for the wrong appointment. When I told them their mistake, they said, "well, do you want to do the contact exam while you're here?". I have contacts already and don't like them, which is why i want lasik. When I declined, they appologized and said the lasik doctor wasn't there that day and they would call me to reschedule (again). They never called. Poor job Loden.

I came in for routine cataract surgery. Nurses and staff were wonderful. However, during the procedure, Dr. Loden encountered a complication. He then left the room without any explanation, and a nurse came in to inform me I was being referred to a specialist in Jackson for further surgery. Dr. Loden never came back in the room to speak to me, and I have not heard from him since. Very disappointed in my experience.

I dont recommend Loden Vision Center to anyone, because on August 13, 2018 I fell off a doctors stool. My Dr whom I trusted told me to sit in a wheeled stool to do an eye procedure on me. He knew how I walked, that I always walked with either a cane or a four wheel walker, and he was negligent to my person. I fell off the wheeled stool and I was knocked unconscious, when the dr and nurse helped me get up. I asked my dr, Dr Amish Purohit what had happened and he looked at me with so much sincerity and answered me, that this has happened a lot in the past! I am so angry, that they havent done anything to take responsibility for what happened to me. I suffered a concussion and I damaged both my right and left rotator cuffs. I suffered a horrible neck whiplash. I suffered from horrible vertigo and fell and got hurt many times, yet they say, that they are not responsible! I am running out of time to find an attorney that isnt afraid of Loden Vision and take my case. I demand $500.000 for out of pocket expenses and unpaid medical bills and for pain and suffering. If Dr Amish Purohit had put me in that drs stool, I would have not been hurt. I found Eye Health Partners of Tennessee to do the procedure that I needed done and Dr Craig told me,Mrs Mary I would have never put you in a chair that was meant for me as your Dr! Furthermore she also said, I would have run out of Loden Vision Center and never return. What he did was wrong and they must replace that stool with a more stable chair for patients like yourself.
