    I had a pretty terrible experience here. It was during COVID, so we had to keep masks on during the whole eye exam process. This caused their lenses to fog up as we were trying to dial in on my new prescription. I ended up ordering contact lenses and sunglasses from a different party with my new prescription. Little did I know that they had given me a totally incorrect prescription on both of my eyes. Out $400- thanks guys.

    Love Dr Jerkins but sadly have not been pleased at all with his new practice. Had to wait 5 extra months for an appt after they cancelled on my mom. Then she needed to be seen for a recheck and having to wait an additional 5 weeks for an opening. Staff are not helpful or friendly. We miss his old practice in Brentwood.

    Husband needing new glasses, went to Loden .. $35 Co-Pay .. Told him , he had Cataracts, but didnt need surgery. Did a few test, But.not checking for his new glasses. After 2 1/2 hrs, told him have to make another appointment, that insurance wouldnt pay , to have test done on same day.. . Two Days, $35 more dollars, went back. Examination showed his eyes were not that bad, That he needed surgery for Cataracts, and that he could look at selection of glasses, there,No, will not go back.. Go somewhere else get second opinion..,

    When I had my eye exam I was told that my vision had not changed and my prescription was the same. But the prescription I was given to purchase glasses from a different seller was completely wrong. Not even close to my actual prescription. But because its been more than 90 days since my eye exam they want to charge me $45 for a re-exam when it was their mistake for entering it incorrectly in their system. I heard good things about Loden but because of this I will never go back and will not recommend it to my friends.

    Always had a good experience here until recently. Me and my wife both got new glasses in June. We both get transitions cryzal nice expensive lenses with insurance of course. I purchased insurance on my wife's so if anything happened to them she would be covered. She broke her frames no big deal. Take them in to have them replaced and they say they don't make her frames anymore. To be clear I looked online there are plenty of her frames for sale. Instead they want us to get another set of frames and then pay 50 percent of new lenses. Which is 2 times as much as we even payed for the glasses. Very sad. I've always loved this place. Either they are selling the insurance as a scam. Cause it did absolutely nothing but cost us 100 dollars now they want us to pay half of new lenses paying all that out of pocket is the exact reason why people buy insurance on there eyeglasses. This review only involves optical. I would look at other places to go for your vision needs. At the very least they sold a bunk insurance plan to make more money in optical. Hope this review helps someone else to not make that mistake. Don't buy there insurance it's definitely a scam to get money then and get you to go back and purchase more lenses at there mark up price.The worst part is we didn't want new lenses they where fine. We just wanted new frames. I'd find another optical department
