Disaster. Had a 1:30 appointment and arrived at 1:15 with my husband to drive me since this annual exam included dilation. By 3:15 still had not seen Dr Judd. My husband works for a funeral home and had to leave to meet with a family whove experienced a death at 3:30. Why was I there 2 hours for this? He left and I had to get a ride home but i left with no dilation! Dr Judd walked in, told me to keep using my drops and come back in 6 months for a dilation. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I made an appointment for Nov.14 and Im telling you now none of these pre-tests will I allow. This better be a dilation and exam and be done. I paid a $40 co-pay for this fiasco today. If it isnt done right and in a timely fashion in November the world will know and I will find a new doctor. And yes, Im the one who brought my 3 year old grandson because the sitter was out. Thankfully he behaved but he cried when we left. I sure wanted to join him. This was again in no way to treat a patient.

I am sincerely disappointed, appalled and dismayed at the treatment my parents and I have received from this "acclaimed" vision center! My parents are entering their 80s and have been loyal patients of the center however, for the past two years my father had his eyes examined and ordered his glasses from Loden-my father is a loyal and good man. The glasses he received last year were never the correct prescription, he could NOT ever see properly out of them and they "lost" his order, they were shipped to the "wrong" place, no one could help him so the glasses he ordered were not received until months later. He again went to Loden this year as his insurance allows for him to have a new pair of glasses every year and I went with him to order the glasses in December 2018-I had to return from Korea where I work, because my parents had not heard a word, not a call, not an email about his glasses and I have been in Tennessee ever since trying to get resolution for my elderly parents-this is elder abuse in my opinion! No called to tell him about his glasses or the order and when I called I was told that once again they didn't know where they were, they must have been sent to the wrong place and finally when I physically went to the Rivergate Center, the glasses had been in a drawer just sitting for over three weeks-no call-NOTHING-not even a message that they had tried to call. Once again, my father cannot see-he cannot see to watch television, to read (which is his passion) and we refused the glasses. We were told they would reinstate his insurance benefit-but the true facts are that my father lost his benefit, he cannot get glasses and must use his 2019 glasses benefit-which is so wrong-his sight is rapidly deteriorating and this is a major problem-is is because my parents are elderly-does Loden Vision Center believe that because they are old, they don't matter-they continually tell me that they will call me back, I have been trying to see the COO and Dr. Loden to discuss this since January 2019-it is now almost May and I still have no answers other than, we will call you back-I am a professional and if I treated my clients in this manner I would be out of business-I only want glasses so my father can see-is that too much to ask? I want to be heard-to be valued and respected but apparently the Loden Vision Center is making enough money to no longer care about an 80 year old man who can't see to read his beloved books-Shame on you Loden Vision Centers-Shame on You! You too will become elderly one day and karma has a way of bringing justice to everyone, eventually.

I was sent there for a second opinion on previous eye surgery. The first visit they seemed to know what they were doing. The problem, on my three month check up the doctor went off on a totally different avenue, did not even read notes or know why I was back. In the beginning Loden was great, but in my opinion they have grown to be too big and lost their touch,. Also, they tried to bill me three times for a service that was covered by insurance. I had to keep calling every time I received a bill. Do no recommend them.
