Mostly positive experience during the eye exams. I love my glasses! I am leaving a poor review, because although the quality of the materials are great, the customer service is severely lacking.I have been trying to communicate with the representatives since my visit four months ago in November, 2023 to recieve the contacts i paid for. And I've called several times a month, but the only response I get is, "no, you cannot pick them up. we will call you later," or "we will call you tomorrow. This hasn't happened in the four months.I understand they don't care about my situation, so I politely ask for a refund.

Dont even attempt to get an appointment They wont give you a specific time or give you a specific appointment. Its depending on everyone else Ive never heard of such in my life or been treated so rudely just by the first person I spoke with about an initial consultation. If Lily representative of everyone they are in the works its done trust me you dont wanna go there. Im certainly not going to.
