I'm legally blind and was turned away. I could not go through with the appointment because they couldn't enlarge the medical forms for me to sign. This is a violation of ADA federal law. And you would think an eye doctor of all places would not turn away somebody like myself.I went home and called the supervisor about this issue. She said that she would call me back. It's three days later and I haven't heard from her.
