Ive been there twice and both times I waited an hour after my appointment time to be seen and without an explanation or were sorry for your wait. Nice staff and great potential to be a great business but unfortunately, not respectful of your time. I wont return.

Poor customer service from check in girl who didn't want to be bothered. To the lie that the consultation was no charge, to you have to pay up front for what insurance doesn't pay to you are REQUIRED to purchase a 75$ bottle of eye drops from them. To the 4 minutes the doctor spent in the room. Please go someplace else.

My daughter had her eye checked- up and got her prescription on this store. The eye doctor Jocelyn Marie Cercone requested an urgent Brain Scan and had it done on August 24th around 1PM - its September 6th now the result is not being relay to us. If this is an urgent order regardless whats the result the doctor or her assistant should let us know through email or call us by phone. I am not happy on how they handle this customer service sucks and font go here !!!! I don't understand they keep displaying their 5 stars recognition on the lobby when its not true!!!!

Disorganized and a culture of poor communication caused me to endure unnecessary extra appointments. I was going to have them do my cataract surgery but their sloppy practices sent me in search of a new ophthalmologist.

definitely a negative experience with dr cercone and the billing office from the smyrna office. it takes days/weeks to get someone to call you back and to get a refund back on your account. i would never encourage anyone to use them
