I just tried to call them to make a appointment to have something done with my eyes as far as Lasik I was told I cant make a appointment with out a email address that seems kind of silly or maybe its there scam where they make you give them your email so they can sell it and you get all kinds of junk mail. So no EMAIL no appointment with them, they must make more from selling your email then the $5000 procedure.

Poor customer service. After waiting almost 3 weeks for an appointment, they called an hour before to tell me the Dr. they scheduled me with doesnt take my insurance and to see a Dr. there who does, it will be another 2 weeks. I verified all of my insurance with them when I scheduled the appointment but as I was told, I just slipped through the cracks. Ive been coming to this office for 3 years now and very disappointed in how this was handled.

If I could put zero stars I would. I went 2 years ago. All I wanted was a simple eye exam and contact lenses. I was very clear about my insurance and they assured me that my copay plus what I paid when I was there would cover it all. Then the doctor suggested I have dry eye treatment and assured me once again that since it was medical it would be covered by my insurance. Eye plugs were inserted for a charge of $550. They had to be removed almost immediately. Now 3 years later I get a bill saying I owe $420 which is the balance for this unsuccessful procedure that was nothing but a nightmare.I'm on Medicare and on a fixed income. I was assured that it was covered by my insurance or I would have never had it done. I paid out of pocket at my initial appointment way more than I would have had to pay if I'd have gone to another provider. I was repeatedly assured that my insurance would cover this unsuccessful treatment that I would have never have done otherwise . The whole time I went through this nightmare with the eye plugs they acted like they were doing me a favor when they took them out. I had a bad feeling after being treated there but I let it go now 3 years later I get this bill.

I am on Medicare. Loden Dr Barberic recommended a procedure and the office assured me that my insurance would cover all but the co-pay. which is $10 for a specialist. That procedure was eye plugs. It ended up being several appointments because They were unsuccessful. The plugs had to be removed within a few weeks, and were painful and a nightmare to go through. Now, 3 years later they send me a bill for $420. saying it was not covered by my insurance. I would have never had this procedure done but the doctor and the office assured me that my insurance would cover it all as it was medical. then as it was unsuccessful and painful I had to go back and have them removed. Now they expect me to pay for that as a senior citizen on a fixed income and Medicare. I had a bad feeling about the whole thing I felt like I was getting the hard sell but since I've had dry eyes I thought I would give it a shot. I was assured all but the copay would be covered. I did not plan to pay $420 for nothing but pain and suffering. I also had to pay way more than I usually do just for a contact lenses and a fitting, however, I was willing to let that go. NOW 3 years later to be billed $420 for unsuccessful punctal plugs. ALL THE TIME THEY ACTED LIKE THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOR!
