Recently relocated after COVID and needed to catch up on my annual exam regimen (comprehensive exam + Contacts fitting). Have ALWAYS received care from ophthalmologist, but scheduling with one here was a real challenge and needed to get it done. Advised to see the #2, right hand (an optometrist) in the office & accepted.Exam was conducted almost entirely by a technician, not the optometrist--including the vision test. Only spent 10 minutes or so with the optometrist to inspect my inner eye & to discuss a couple complaints.In my opinion this was a very low standard of care.Further, in spite of being screened for temperature and instructed to conform to wearing a mask while on premises (staff was doing so), the optometrist enters the exam room with the mask protecting his chin (mouth and nose fully exposed) for the entire session with him. Really quite shocked.Found another provider in Nashville and got care there--still an optometrist, but a pro this time.Consider the time spent at Loden Vision Centers wasted.

Dont waste your time. 3:30 appointment turned into a 1:30 wait. Never saw a doctor. Requested a refund and they said theyd get right on it. Nearly two months later and I still havent been refunded for basically a waste of my time. Its interesting that a waiver must be signed saying if you are more than 15 min late to your appointment you may be charged. Dont waste your time and money! I will never go to a Loden Vision office again.

My grandmother was seen as a patient by Dr. Parker and was treated so poorly. I would not recommend him to anyone.

These people are crooked as they come. I went for an eye exam every thing went fine. Then doctor asked if I had a problem with dry eyes. I said sometimes. Then once I said that they bill my medical insurance instead of eye insurance. Bottom line is they can bill a higher price. Bad practices for getting rich. They are thrives. Beware. Don't use these theifs. Sorry people desperate for money. My eye insurance would have paid they wanted more money based on nothing. Never go there they will bill your health insurance . More money for them
