We love Dr. Jerkins but have been very disappointed in his new group. Very difficult to schedule appts and the only medical group during Covid who would not allow me to accompany my 83 yr old mom. She has many drs and all of them have allowed me to be with her the entire visit.

After a Work injury my Dr. wanted me to check my eyes due to symptoms I was experiencing. After scheduling through Workers Comp To meet with Katie Mills MD at the Goodlettsville location. It was a HUGE mistake! Katie had horrible bedside manners and very short With me. Katie was super snippy, And Very snotty With her remarks.She judges with her face expressions and eyes with zero concerns for solutions. She Also judges you based on your insurance as if you can not afford glasses and services as a free loader. When thats not even the case.She spent 30 seconds on both of my eyes together. Than said it was not related to a work injury lol. BUT I needed glasses because of old age at 41!I had to ask her to wait to assist my concerns As she trys to walk out. I had No solutions to the problems I was experiencing, nor offered a More experienced referral if she was not capable . Instead of a lot of I dont knows!Her assistant was very educated and sweet with me , even shared her findings With my condition. Which was totally opposite before meeting Katie Mills.In my opinion You can Find Professional services that you truly deserve with Respect With ANYONE else.

Her Assitant was very pleasant And knowledgeable. Mostly did all of Katie Mills MD work. She told me my condition Suggestions Before meeting with Katie. When I met with Katie Mills Totally different. Katie Mills had horrible bed side manners, super snotty and snippy and barley looked in my eyes less than 30 seconds and tried to walk out. I had to ask her to wait, so I can address my concerns and symptoms. She said it was all but old age & Sent me on my way with a Cheap sample and no solutions to my condition nor A referral to someone higher up to figure it out if she couldnt. Katie Mills judged me as if I couldnt afford glasses nor Her services. Like I was a free loader based on my insurance. She was Very Rude and was unfriendly with her judging eyes towards me. It Looks like they prey on senior citizens with excellent insurance benifits when I was there.

I had a horrible interaction with Katie Mills MD at the Goodlettsville location. She preformed terrible bedside manners in my opinion. She also Judges you and what kind of insurance you carry. She was very snotty , snippy all over her face. Never addressed the problem. So Get ready to catch the sample she throws At you less than a min. Service and no solutions.
