    My husband had cataracts in both eyes, he had them out without complications (still having dry eyes problems). However, it was explained to us that our insurance company would not cover ANY of the procedures so we proceeded to pay out of pocket OVER 4500.00! Our insurance indeed DID PAY, I still have the EOB forms showing what they pay on top of what we paid out of pocket!!! Dr. Loden is a good Dr. but allows his billing staff to be dishonest, misleading and crooked to say the least. I offered to bring this documents in to show them, but was told this is bottom line what we owed. Now they have turned us in to collecting agency... so sad. I have all the information that states in bold letters, that this provider is a preferred or participant network provider, YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SUBMITTED CHARGES AND OUR ALLOWABLE CHARGES. Code 610. So again they received over 4,500.00 from our savings (we are retired on a fixed income) plus what Blue Cross/Blue Shield paid. Very sad, watch your billing people they will charge you twice.....

    Terrible phone service. You aren't able to get help when you call in. No email address to contact customer service either. Placed on hold, and transferred to voicemail repeatedly. People don't want to play phone tag to get a copy of their contact lens prescription.

    Dr Barberic was awesome. The billing office - not so much. I just started this job and was not well-versed on the insurance and inadvertently gave them the wrong card. I realized the error when the claim still showed pending on my health insurance plan. I called the office to correct the insurance information and was told it could not be done, since they initially filed it as a medical claim. They were kind enough to offer to let me make PAYMENTS on the bill now. Ill never be back.

    I am very disappointed with Loden Vision Lasik center. I paid $2,500.00 out of pocket for upgraded lenses. All I need is readers now. Now they want me to pay $45.00 to release my prescription to me. They will not release my prescription unless I pay them more money. What a racket. Vision World referred me to Loden Vision. Now they want me to go back to Vision World. I said why should I. They said it a professional courtesy on their part to give Vision World the business. They are my records and I should not have to pay for them. I am not recommending anymore.

    I had cataract surgery on both eyes. My vision is worse than before the surgery. They kept checking my vision but did not offer to make it right. They ended up saying my problem was "dry eye." I did not have this problem before the surgery.
