CAN'T GET MY REFUND !!!! Total Rip-Offs I had Cataract surgery scheduled. I had paid every dime they told me it would cost after insurance up front, but Loden changed the Surgery Center they wanted to use. Less than 24 hours before my surgery, the Surgery Center on Myatt Drive called to tell me that I need to bring another $492.00 in when I come in for my surgery the next morning. I asked her why they waited so late before my surgery to tell me this, and she said, Loden Vision told her not to tell me until they told her it was O.K. I explained that I had paid ALL my money due up front but was told their price was higher. Because I didn't have the money, I had to cancel the surgery. That's been over a month ago and I still can't get my refund. I have called and talked to several people at Loden Vision but they refuse to refund my money. They Demand you pay up front before they will schedule your surgery, but they won't refund your money if something happens. In my opinion, there are better companies to deal with that are more trustworthy than Loden Vision. Protect your money !
