Doctor's are decent, but treat patient's like an assembly line. Was told PRK would take at most a week to heal only to find out it will take 3-6 months. Unable to work due to the doctors deceit. Had the doctor been upfront about healing time I'd never have gotten the procedure. Very, very unsatisfied.

Absolutely worst place ever. I was referred there for styes and the woman doctor did not handle it well. Not only did I wait in the room, not waiting room, for 45 minutes. Then when she came in the room, she just looked at my eyes, put me in an appointment for some treatment and refused to answer my questions. I asked her why she thought I got styes, she rolled her eyes at me, grabbed her binder and said, this is bacteria. It's in your eyes. Done. Turns out, from me figuring this out all on my own, it's my hormonal imbalance from my thyroid causing me styes. Needless to say, I will never go here again nor would I ever consider recommending them to anyone, ever.

I find the Doctors at Loden Vision quite competent. However, I am currently having problems with the billing department. They keep sending me a bill for services that are covered by my insurance. I have contacted them 4 times (3 times by phone and once by snail mail). To date I have not gotten a response from them. This is very frustratingUpdate: Someone from Loden called me and said this would be taken care of. I appreciate this. I have not received another bill but they have not filed for my insurance either. Now my husband is having the same problem.

It does not take the government insurance that fully covers minors, discriminatory by the institution.
