Very informative, and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered by whomever was helping me the time. It was comforting that no one said "I don't know, let me check". I have my surgery this Friday 10/25. I'm beyond excited!

I had my LASIK procedure performed last year, on April 28 2023. I wanted to wait a while before leaving a review just so I could make sure I was fully adjusted to everything and could leave an accurate account of my entire experience. Dr Paul Mann performed my procedure, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. I dont recall the names of everyone who assisted me, but every single staff member and medical professional I encountered were warm and welcoming, and they all helped to make me feel safe and put my mind at ease. Upon arrival, my eyes were looked at again (after the initial candidate appointment). I was given Valium and ibuprofen, and sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes after which I was taken back to the room for the procedure itself. I lied down on one exam table and was given a big stuffed bear to hold for comfort! Dr. Mann explained what to expect and told me everything he was doing as he did it. The first machine felt like a little bit of pressure. Then I was swung over to the next machine and felt nothing at all. The entire thing took only a few minutes! When I sat up, I could already see, albeit my vision was a bit blurry which is to be expected. Nothing about the procedure was painful in any way. Upon arriving home, I took a good long (Valium) nap. When I woke up about 4 hours later, my eyes were a bit dry but I could see everything! Over the next few weeks, my vision became even sharper. The only side effects I experienced were a little dryness, some light sensitivity and slight bruising on my eyeballs themselves. A year and a half (and a pregnancy) later, and my vision is still 20/15! The entire experience was wonderful, and my only regret is not doing this sooner. Thank you to Dr. Mann and the entire team for giving me the gift of my eyesight!!

Had such a great experience. Surgery completed Friday morning, went straight home to sleep. Saturday morning I drove to my post op appointment and so far I haven't had any complications. Staff is very friendly. All post op care is included in a bag. Love the eye drops which are very helpful.
