The staff at Mann Eye is exceptional in customer service. My experiences have been wonderful. From the front office staff to the doctors, everyone is friendly and professional. Drs. Barker and Tremblay are both exceptional in their fields. I appreciate the time they take to explain everything. Great job!

Everything was so systematic and organized. They checked and scanned my eyes a total of 3 times prior to LASIK surgery to be sure everything was correct. Every staff member was extremely informative and took the time to answer any questions. The pre-op and post-op Education was very thorough and made it very clear on what to expect. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend.

I had LASIK here a couple of months ago with Dr. Tremblay. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. From the first appointment to the surgery and post-care, everyone in this office has always been friendly, quick, efficient and shown a genuine care to ensure I was comfortable and informed. Every single visit by every single person. The surgery itself is life changing and fit my budget. The procedure took a few minutes, everything was explained and I was given the chance to ask Dr. Tremblay any and all questions. The follow-up care took about 20 minutes and always ended in me being able to ask questions and again, a SINCERE and GENUINE level of service that should be a benchmark in all industries. Thank you guys, see you in a year!
