I was greeted warmly at the door and helped to complete my paperwork. Next I was quickly called to go in and do my eye testing. My assistant was polite and efficient. Next I saw Dr. Zimmerman who answered all my questions, informing me that my eyes were in good health.

What can I say besides, 100% satisfaction. Had LASIK on a Friday. By Friday evening I could see clearly with zero pain or discomfort. If you have ever had any hesitation about getting LASIK, take the leap.

Incredibly kind and warm staff. Everybody made me feel more at ease with the whole process and procedure.The icing on the cake for me was hearing Respiration by Black Star in the background while Dr. Tremblay was performing the procedure. Unexpected to hear, but that definitely made me feel very relaxed.Great experience all around!
