They were short staffed that day and running behind BUT I would still recommend them. The entire staff was very apologetic and explained in advance that they were running behind and could reschedule me if I wanted. I stayed and the wait wasnt any worse some other offices that wouldnt have even apologized. Once I saw the doctor, he and his assistant were excellent, giving me a thorough exam, addressing all my concerns, and answering all my questions.On the Covid topic, they were quite vigilant, requiring hand washing before entry, doing temperature checks, requiring masks and have arranged their waiting area for proper social distancing.

Recently had my Lasik procedure done here by Dr. Paul Mann and it went well! The staff was extremely nice and explained everything that would be happening every step of the way! They were very helpful and accommodating when it came to scheduling.

I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes at Mann Eye Institute performed by Dr. David Trembly. I am a retired nurse and I was impressedwith the efficiency and quality of the staff and bedside manner. Miranda,Stacie, Alex and Dr. Trembly are a very good team. I world not hesitate to recommend them again for this procedure.

I went for a consultation and everything from the check-in to check-out was fantastic. They called me back fairly quickly and performed several eye test. All the staff were super friendly, informative, and ready to answer any questions I had. I will be going for my procedure next month and expect to have the same experience.They only thing I would suggest is that they be sure to inform you that your consultation will involve dilation. I have not had my eyes dilated in 10 plus years so it never crossed my mind to ask or to expect it. I had a hard time with driving because my sunglasses were not dark enough, so much so that I had to pull over and wait a little while to be able to see decently against the sun.

I always feel welcomed by all the staff. Very friendly and immaculate environment from the moment you step in. Staff and doctors make sure youre very well taken care of. Highly recommend Mann Eye Institute!
