The entire process to get Lasik was very streamlined and easy. Assessment, counseling time to answer all my concerns and explain everything, reassessment, phone call to answer more questions, pre-op, and surgery day- all the employees and Drs were welcoming and patient. It seems like everyone here has had Lasik and sings the praises not only of the procedure but the staff and Drs as well. Dr Tremblay was fun and reassuring. Bonus: they don't use little metal "spiders" to hold your eye open like you imagined in your nightmares; it's more like a shot glass without a bottom. I appreciated that Dr Tremblay counted down in the procedure, because right as I stated wondering if I could stay still and endure, he said "5 more seconds" and I knew I could press through. Highly recommend, especially to anyone who's fearful of the process.

Wow this office is great. One of if not the best and friendliest doctor office experiences I have ever dealt with. I went in on a Tuesday and got Lasik by Friday. Lasik these days is very simple and life is back to normal the next day. Dr. Paul Mann, Dr. Cessac, Dr. Beavers, Heather, Christina, Alex, and Alyssa were amazing!

Had a excellent experience at Mann Eye institute (Via Fortuna). From the moment I walked in Christina made me feel welcomed. Veronica and Andy were extremely Courteous and very informative. Dr. Tremblay was caring and talked to me through the entire procedure. Paige was also very patient and flexible and was even able to change my appointment to help accommodate my work schedule. Thank you Mann Eye, I can now throw away all my glasses and contacts! :)
