    Excellent experience. From the first phone call to post-op, customer service was amazing. The procedure was quick, I was well informed and Ive had great results. I could read the clock on my wall when I woke up from the post-op 4 hour nap. Amazing!!

    Great doctor(s) and horrible billing department who tells you one thing and then comes back later with new bills and when you try to talk to them about the bill, they want to explain the insurance procedure to you. We understand insurance, but when you dont know what insurance is going to cover--DONT TELL THE CLIENT THAT INSURANCE HAS TAKEN CARE OF EVERYTHING ELSE, ONLY TO COME BACK A MONTH LATER WITH A NEW BILL. And if you dont listen to the insurance billing process repeatedly--they have no problem hanging up on you on a recorded line. It doesnt matter if it is recorded, because no one in management is listening to the recordings. Its just something they have to do or say--Im not sure which. Its not so that they can learn and change their customer service procedure. So, Great doctor. Terrible sense of customer service.

    The lasik experience was a very good one. I have a lot of apprehension with medical procedures but the techs (Elvia, Anyssa, and Andi) were very comforting. The surgery went very quickly and Dr. Paul Mann did a great job.
