Great experience starting from the front fresh with Chris and Deb super polite and nice. Then Christina the tech was funny and nice, and ended with Heather the counselor who made sure all my finance questions were answered and was very nice and respectful. Highly recommend

I had a great experience here with great results.The staff really makes me feel welcome. Madison and Deborah greeted me with kind smiley faces and they got to know me by name. :)During surgery my scrub tech, Mirta was an angel! She made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. Her soft reassuring voice, coached me through my Lasik surgery.The only criticism I would honestly give is that I didn't like Dr. Mike Mann. He came off as very pretentious and I felt like he was rude to the techs. His voice stressed me out during the surgery... That's why I am so incredibly thankful for Mirta getting me through it all. Despite Dr. Mann, I am still giving this place a 5 star review because, the staff went above and beyond answering my questions and making me feel welcomed. Also, the surgery did go great and I am finally able to see the world beautifully and clearly. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
