The Mann Eye Institute has incredible customer service and care. You will review quality care from everyone you interact with; reception, the assistants, nurses and the doctors. I had such a great experience with my LASIK procedure. I even received a call from Dr. Mann following my procedure to check in on me. I would recommend Mann Eye for anyone seeking eye care services!

Upon checking in, Kristin and Alex were amazing!! We had a little problem with CareCredit that they were able to help with and work out in a snap. And, they were super nice and patient about it. Thank you ladies!!

I left another eye care group after experiencing rudeness, price and billing issues so I was nervous about starting the process of eye care all over again. I was so happy to find the staff at Mann Eye welcoming and friendly. They helped me get my surgery plan back on schedule quickly and at a better price. Dr. Tremblay is a great doctor who understood my complicated vision issues and I am really happy with the results of my surgery. Every person Ive dealt with at Mann has been very friendly and helpful. The front office team of Alex and Kristin are exceptional. They gave me above and beyond service from my first phone call to every visit since then. I love seeing them every time I go and now I can literally see them clearly;)
