This was/is my first time to use Mann Eye after having some very bad experiences the last 3 times my wife and I have gone for glasses/contacts at other places in the Sugar Land/Katy area. So far, the experience has been very nice where everyone was polite, and informative about both broad and specific inquiries.Once I receive my prescription sunglasses, I will be able to give a more realistic review.

The always friendly and professional staff ran their usual battery of tests in an efficient manner. Got in on time and with little waiting. Didnt get my glasses yet, but the optical staff worked through all of the options with me, which can be quite a challenge with the confusing insurance provisions I have to deal with.
