Dr. Jessica Ustick is so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly; she was able to diagnose an issue with my 88-year-old mother's eyesight which had been missed repeatedly by doctors in my mother's hometown. We are so grateful to be seeing improvement in my mother's eyesight. At check-in and check-out, Stephanie was absolutely the best, showing compassionate patience in explaining all processes to my mother. I was also thankful for the time and care exhibited by technicians Jenny and Jimmie in managing all the eye tests very carefully and completely. My family members have experienced good care at Mann Eye Institute for LASIK and cataract surgery, as well over the past several years.

I only visit Mann Eye ever so often for my vision exams, because thank God I've been blessed with great vision. But when I do go every few years... I always experience great customer service! From the time I walk in all the way to checking out... EVERY employee I encounter is friendly, personable & engaging!! They definitely make the visit pleasant! Dr. Turk is awesome; so kind, has great bedside manner & cares about the health of our eyes. Neat fact: we actually share the same bday, lol. I had my yearly check up a few days ago on my 40th bday and was pleased that my eyes are still doing well. I was notified though that moving forward it's recommended that once one turns 40 to visit yearly....so guess they'll be seeing me around more frequently. Great staff. Great practice. Yall keep up the great work! Continue to set the standard!
