Katy Location

My husband is getting ready to have cataract surgery. We live over 100 miles from the Katy office. We went to the Katy office on Monday and scheduled the surgery which will be further away for us (near the Medical Center/Museum District). We were told that we needed to go to that location prior to the surgery date to have his lens measured. We explained our distance and was told that it is only done at that one location. Then we met with Maggie to go other the types and options available and we mentioned that we were told that we had to go prior to surgery to the other facility and the distance we had to travel. She told us that she couldnt promise anything, but she understood our situation and would talk to her boss, again stressing she couldnt promise anything. As promised, she did speak to her boss and receive approval for my husband to be measured while we were there in Katy. We were both very appreciative and thankful. Thank you Maggie!!!!

Mann eye has been my go to since I lived in Humble. Started at Katy location after Hurricane Harvey ate my home. Katy location is now my go to again after moving to Oklahoma and back to Katy. They still had all of my previous records. Just jumped right in and treated me as though I never left.
