They happened to be running an October promo and offered a complimentary exam. I called on Friday early afternoon and they were able to see me later that afternoon. I had already seen one facility so I kind of knew what to expect and wanted to compare prices. I was really surprised (pleasantly) at the difference in the 2 and the service I received. My exam was very thorough and I felt that they took a lot more time to really study my eyes. Im going back in 2 weeks for my lasik and I feel very secure with them now that I know they took all these extra steps just for my pre exam.
