For my LASIK journey, I shopped around at three different locations, hoping to find one that had top notch customer service and fit within my budget. My final stop was Mann Eye Institute and they were by far the BEST! During my consultation appointment, they were extremely thorough with everything. They even dilated my eyes, something that no other location did. They were very knowledgeable and answered all questions that I had while at the same time maintaining professionalism without being pushy. The receptionists Wendy and Melody were there for my day of surgery and my 24 hour post op appointment and greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. The surgeon Dr. Paul Mann introduced himself to me prior to the surgery and discussed how things would proceed. This location was also very visitor friendly because they make it very easy for others to sit by the surgery area to record and take pictures. Mann Eye also has the most up-to-date technology compared to some other locations that I visited. I was honestly pretty nervous about getting LASIK but every single person that I interacted with truly made me feel well taken care of. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and I will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family!
