Ive been going to Mann Eye Institute since I moved to Katy six years ago. I have never been disappointed in the customer service that Ive received; from anyone there! They are efficient, respectful and helpful. Today, I had a minor procedure and wanted to recognize Kelly. She assisted Dr. Mann, and was very reassuring and made my anxiety lessen, because she was so calm and knowledgable. I could tell that she was very experienced and when asked, she shared that shed been doing this for 20 years. You cant get much better than that!Id also like to recognize Becca. She is at the front desk and is a beacon of friendliness and kindness. She, too, knows her stuff and also made me feel less anxious about the procedure today.I highly recommend Mann Eye Institute and want to thank Dr. Turk and her team for my eye care!

I highly suggest that if you are thinking about Lasik, do it here! Everyone was so nice and encouraging. Sean did my tests for my consultation and he let my son go behind the machines and see everything. My son had a blast! Tina was great in explaining the process to me after I talked with the doctors. She was also there the day of the surgery and made sure I was comfortable and provided the best support. Everything was quick, easy and painless just as they promised! Ive been wearing glasses for 30 years and Im so glad I kicked the habit! Thank you to everyone!

They were on time, from front of the house to the Doctor- very nice, got my problems solved, and they didnt try to oversell me on glasses. I will always go back!
