    Hello, My name is Suzanne Chancelor. I had a routine eye exam today. I was greeted by Stephanie who was very attentive to all of my needs and explained everything perfectly as I went through my exam. I was seen by Dr. Turk who treated me as if I were her only patient. She was very personable and satisfied all of my questions. After getting my prescription from Dr. Turk, I was greeted by Josie. Josie gave me her full attention, explained all of my options with me and helped me make the best choices in which to satisfy all of my needs and requirements. All three of these people made my experience with Mann Eye Institute a pure delight and I will refer all of my friends and family to this facility.

    My experience with the Mann Eye Institute here in Katy has been flawless. I ordered contacts and glasses from them earlier this year after my routine eye appointment. It went smoothly and I didn't have to wait for long. I just called to see about fixing my glasses lenses and in less than 10 minutes they ordered new lenses for me without a problem! Great customer service, friendly, and punctual.

    Had lasik done at Mann Eye on both eyes and my experience was a great one. The staff are friendly and took the time to check then double check my vision before performing LASIK. I can honestly say they seemed more excited then I did which I thought was odd at time. They took the time to explain everything and even count down the time as they were performing the procedure. I'm still recovering but I am very happy with the results. Definitely recommend going here. Just an FYI I had -8.25 eyes and a strong stigmatism but they were able to help me and I now have 20/20 in one eye and 20/30 in the other and it seems to be getting even clearer after 2 weeks of healing. If you go ask for the Blink eye Drops!
