Checking in and out was quick and easy. Melody, Tina, and Wendy had already verified my insurance and all of the paperwork to sign was done right at the desk, electronically, so there was no ambiguity about what the form was asking. Michelle worked through all of the exam machines with me and explained it all along the way. Then, Dr Ustick and Kim worked up my prescription and answered my questions about my changing vision. This office is keeping track of any changes due to my diabetes. Finally, Aviana helped me pick out new frames and order new glasses. I am a repeat customer here because they not only do exams, but they can also handle any medical issues with my eyes as I age.

I cant express enough how thankful I am for the amazing staff here. I have been dealing with an eye injury on and off for 4 years now and its been miserable. A co worker recommended the Katy location and I am beyond grateful she did. The women here are fantastic. Melody, Tina and Wendy at the front are so welcoming and kind! When my time was called Michelle helped me to the back and was just an absolute pleasure to speak to and meet she made me feel immediately at ease! And last but certainly not least Dr. Ustick Kim, where do I start! My eye has not felt this good in years! Im finally not in pain anymore! The time and care she took with me to make sure i am healing properly is something I will be forever grateful for. I will make sure to recommend them to everyone I can! Ladies, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much!

Dr. Wright and all the staff, from check in to the time I left were amazing. Dr Wright thoroughly explained everything that was going on with my eyes along with options. I highly recommend Mann Eye Institute.
