I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Ive been considering lasik for over a decade and was finally ready and everyone at Mann was exactly what I needed. Melody, Tina, Wendy, Steph, Amanda A and Amanda K, Kim, Dorothy, Dr Turk and Dr Mann were all amazing components of my team at every turn. Its been less than 24 hours since my lasik procedure and Im already driving and seeing 20-15, kicking myself for not getting it done sooner. If youre considering lasik I cant recommend this place enough.

As always, the staff and doctors at Mann Eye Institute in Katy, Texas are professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I must also tell you about an outstanding staff member - Melody. Melody sits at the front desk helping patients check-in and check-out. Recently I observed Melody deal with an angry patient who was not happy with Billing.The louder the patient spoke to her, the quieter she spoke to him. In just a moment, Melody had the patient expressing the concerns in a calm voice. As she explained the billing, she spoke in a calm and understanding voice. Melody could teach a Master Class on the topic of dealing with an unhappy patient!
