    I have heard stories and called to schedule the free assessment. They did so many tests to see if I was a candidate that I already felt like this was the place for me. The whole experience was great. I did not feel like a patient, I felt better than that. Everyone from front receptionist all the way to the doctor, made me feel like a VIP. After surgery, I was able to see that night after my 4 hour nap. In addition, they stand behind their work for two years. You cannot ask for better.Tony R, Houston, TX

    Hello, My name is Suzanne Chancelor. I had a routine eye exam today. I was greeted by Stephanie who was very attentive to all of my needs and explained everything perfectly as I went through my exam. I was seen by Dr. Turk who treated me as if I were her only patient. She was very personable and satisfied all of my questions. After getting my prescription from Dr. Turk, I was greeted by Josie. Josie gave me her full attention, explained all of my options with me and helped me make the best choices in which to satisfy all of my needs and requirements. All three of these people made my experience with Mann Eye Institute a pure delight and I will refer all of my friends and family to this facility.

    My experience with the Mann Eye Institute here in Katy has been flawless. I ordered contacts and glasses from them earlier this year after my routine eye appointment. It went smoothly and I didn't have to wait for long. I just called to see about fixing my glasses lenses and in less than 10 minutes they ordered new lenses for me without a problem! Great customer service, friendly, and punctual.
