Everything was seamless for this appointment. I completed the online paperwork in advance and had very little wait. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the quality and prices for eye glass frames. Wish they had more selection and more affordable prices.

The entire staff at Katy Mann Eye Institute is excellent. They run a very tight schedule and I have never waited long based on my appointment time. My reason for 4 stars is the price of their glasses after my excellent insurance is way too high and we have to go elsewhere to get our glasses.

A long wait to start appointment. After that it moved along well. Confusion created on getting RX via Mann and VA. Unsolved still.
