Everyone is nice including Melody who checked me in, Mariela who gave me the zoom information session, dr. Mann, dr. Sturk and other staffs( sorry dont remember their names. Please give them more pto :) )By yhe way, thank you Molody for recording the video for me!I got a good deal overall but $180 for 2 eye drops and a cheap $10 sunglasses is too much. I would expect more eye drops because it only lasted me for a week and would expect a better sunglasses for the price. If i knew that was the case before the operation, i would definitely get eye drops myself because for the money i could easily get 3 months supply of preservative free eye drops and a way better quality sunglasses.I was super nervous and worried about it because i dont want to be blind. The procedure itself is pretty quick. I do feel a lot of pressure when they put the ring on me though, which is the most uncomfortable part. I can smell the burning. Other than that, everything else is good.

I gave this rating because I do not recall the receptionists being to friendly. I actually have visited this place twice and neither time do I recall being greeted. Its not very welcoming when you first step through the doctors. The lady who did my sons initial exam was nice, she actually had another woman to come in to help. I actually liked the other lady much better. I wish I had names but out of privacy its best I do not state names. Now the eye doctor was excellent and the lady helping her was nice. So even though it seemed very uninviting when we walked through the doors by the time we left I had a smile on my face because I chose a great eye doctor Dr. Jessica Ustick, ODshe is amazing and I give her 5 stars. I recommend asking for her specifically. She was great with my son and I will not bring my children to anyone but her in the future.

It was OK. I did alot of waiting. First visit, I waited over an hour. I ended up rescheduling as I needed to get to work.When I arrived for my reschedule at 8:15. I was called and did the preexam. Once completed, I waited in the room for about 15 minutes. Saw another doctor, that I didn't schedule, but she was friendly enough. After the exam, she ask if I wanted Dr. Mann to pop in and say hi. I declined.Felt like communication is lost. Clients want explanation of the testing they pay for....even in screenings. How did my eyes look other than "not to dry?" I did the Optomap....did you see anything? How about letting client know that the person, they made an appointment with won't be seeing them?Seems ok but not worth the wait.
