Easy Scheduling, really great front desk, and everyone, from the technicians to the doctors were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The only issue I have had is trying to reach the person who is supposed to follow up with me about a procedure I need to have done.

I used for regular eye exam. CAUTION... If you have vision insurance, where a regular eye exam is covered, just make sure you make it clear that you expect that to be used as much as possible. Not everything they do will fall under a regular eye exam, that is understood, but if you want your Vision Insurance to be used YOU MUST TELL THEM. Otherwise they will bill under medical. Because you probably have a medical complaint about your vision. I am pleased with the service otherwise. It is good to have an exam by experienced doctors.

This was my first visit. Everything was professionally appropriate. Not sure yet about how the insurance will work out. Time will tell. My previous glaucoma doctor no longer sees patients, so I wanted some one who had been trained at my previous location. This choice seems great so far.
