First time took my dad here for eyes exams. Place isbig, lots of glasses frames to select from, waiting room is comfortable. Staff are very friendly, my dad Dr Shirley is very sweet and caring. The reason why I only give them 4 stars because I was surprised that their restroom needs attention (really dirty). Beside that everything else is great here.

Today I met Erin. She helped me understand what was going to happen during my surgery. She made the preparation for the day not so scary. Im sure I was a bit of a hassle when it came to measuring my eye and adding the eye drops. She smiled and walked me through it all. I was a bit more relaxed after all was said and done. Looking forward to next month and my corrective surgery.

The office is very nice as well as the staff. However, you just seem to wait a lot. You have to plan at least an hour for an appt. Other than that, I would highly recommend them.

Overall happy with service and doctor. Unhappy with link to make appointment on line never received call back on request made. Suggest when ordering glasses they go over what is covered by insurance snd what is not so one can make better choices before seeing final bill. This caused some issues with ordering my glasses.
