Gave them another chance and so far so good. They promised to address the issue with their staff, and Ill take them at their word.

They have very good doctors, and a definite process. That being said, I felt like the entire process was to sell me on getting eye surgery from them. From the first person you speak with at the exam, they start planting seeds about getting eye surgery.brbrThe doctor (Dr. Turk) was very knowledgeable, and took time to answer all of my questions (in between pitching me on eye surgery).brbrI would definitely use them again as I think Im getting great doctors. ...and now that they know Im not going to be getting any eye surgery. However, Im sure I will have to hear about it every time I go in for an exam.
