I took my 94 year old mother for her yearly eye exam and our appointment was at 10:10am. We were done at 12:30. The technology assistants who do the testing on multiple machines before we saw Dr. Morello were excellent. It was disappointing to learn that her prescription was exactly the same and she wouldn't benefit from new, stronger glasses. But, it was also encouraging that her eyesight had remained the same for a year. We will continue to go to the Retina Consultants of Houston, Dr. Wykof for the shots for macular degeneration.

The overall visit was fine as usual. I was a bit upset to find out that even though I requested back to back appointments for me and my daughter and was told they were..... There were multiple appointments between ours. The tech had to go get permission to allow us to go back together. I think it is ridiculous that I asked for back to back appointments, confirmed they were back to back, but scheduled appointments separate. A minor should not be expected to answer medical history questions.

Well organized, efficient, and quick service. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Precautions for COVID-19 were really good!Medical services were efficient as usual. I was surprised that masking was optional even though COVID infection rate is increasing. Some employees also did not use masks! One star less for this compared to previous five stars.
