Over all excellent! The key to total customer service reaches past the docs. They are excellent and exactly what one would expect. However its the total staff that brings completeness to the customer experience. From entry to exit the impression and treatment was one of honest caring and concern for the patient. Two that really exemplifies what Mann Eye Institute desires was Josie Kim. Both gave the most positive impression of what the organizational ethic is, and will continue to be at Mann. Without reservation these two persons are the gauge to which other could be placed. Both of these demonstrated not only professional knowledge, but also total confidence in Mann, and the organization. Good job! Youll gain an even larger stature and standing as the place where you would most desire to take your family for eye care.

Overall a great experience. Very professional and easy appointment. What really blew me away was Josie. She helped me refill my contact lens prescription. She has the best customer service skills ever. She is so personable and helpful.
