MELODY Her customer service made us feel welcome and comfortable. I noticed each person that walked in she assisted with such happiness, smiles, and would help everyone above and beyond. When we arrived we didnt know if insurance had submitted everything needed and she helped us all the way!!! Excellent service!!! I had lasik service here in 2020 with Dr. Mann and now I am bringing my mother because they are the best!!!

I had Lasik surgery done at the Katy location on Westgreen. It was an amazing experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful and willing to answer any questions you have and make sure you're comfortable with the experience. Special thanks to Melody, Jerminee, Amanda A., and Kim for a wonderful experience and being a reassuring presence. They all seem like they truly love their job and being able to help people with their sight. I've already recommended Mann to a few co-workers with the hope they make the step forward like I did! Dr. Wright was amazing, confident. And reassuring. You can tell he has done this a few times! The entire lasik procedure seemed like it took seconds! Thank you Mann Eye for my enhanced eye sight and wonderful experience! If you're on the fence and are tired of dealing with glasses and contacts - definitely get a consult! It will be the best gift you can give yourself!!
