    I am satisfied with the care I was given at Mann Eye. Except that I went in for a routine exam. I scheduled it as a routine and it was confirmed as a routine as soon as I walked to the back. However when I was asked about any issues I brought up the fact that I do have dry eyes and explained the problem I was going through, and that I had seen another doctor for it. And then I was billed as a medical exam. I did agree to pay extra on the other exams. My insurance would have paid for the routine. So it makes me feel like next time I have to be careful as to how much information I share. I feel that I shouldnt have to feel this way especially since it was my first time, I wanted them to know everything about my eyes. And feel it was unfair. The doctor did discuss the dry eyes, so not sure if its just a misunderstanding. However, I am waiting on a response. I am still waiting on my glasses so I have to see how satisfied I am on the fit and lenses. Everybody there is very friendly. Brandi was great in helping select glasses. I totally trusted her judgment.
