They were ready for me when my appointment time came - no wait. Very efficient and the Doctor was extremely nice and communicative. Got fitted for glasses quickly and Zoey explained all my insurance benefits clearly as well as explaining my options clearly with regard to features and functions of the many options to choose from in lenses. Will definitely go back to this location! Great job

Everyone there is so nice and professional they all made me feel so welcome they were very attentive as well when speaking to me about my treatments that I will be getting. They explained everything to me very good and they made sure that everything that was explained to me I understood and if I had any questions I was free to ask them at any time. The lobby & bathroom, and every exam room that I was sent to were all very clean. the front desk attendants all were very kind. all of the assistance are very kind and professional as well thank you so much Mann eye institute of Katy texas for treating me so kind during all my visits

This location is close to my home and it is very convenient for me. The staff is friendly and attentive.From the front desk to the exam room is created with staff members that care about each patient that enters their building.Doctor Brian is AWESOME! I love his demeanor and his personality. He is GREAT and CARING.I am thrilled and excited that I had the opportunity to meet such greatness. Excited for him to be my surgeon and my doctor.

Office is clean, staff is in every way courteous and friendly. Technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. My physician has always been one that I can count on for good council and kindness. The surgeon that performed the surgery, what can be said more than he must have a special place in heaven.
