I had booked an appointment for A Tuesday morning at around 9 AM. I got my days mixed up and showed up on Monday when I explained my situation to Tina and Melody at the front desk. They went back and found some availability so I could go ahead and get my appointment Completed on that Monday and have it off my plate for the week! Then, they handed me off to Jerminee, Who did a fantastic job and had a great bedside manner while she did the preliminary eye scans and showed me to the room. Finally, She left me in the care of Jenny and Dr. Turk who did a very good job explaining what was going on with my eyes. It It was probably the Best customer service Ive had from any place in a long time. I recommend using them for your eye care and for Lasik as I am a patient for that as well and have really enjoyed it.
