I'm new to this area and needed to find a new eye doctor. The first good sign was that I could schedule an appointment online.On the day of my appointment, I showed up just a few minutes late. After checking in, I was taken back within minutes. I believe it was Rebecca who assisted me and did the initial check. She was very professional, courteous, and patient.The doctor I saw was Jessie Ustick. She was also very kind, pleasant, and thorough.I was in and out within 30 minutes with a new prescription.I also want to thank some of the other ladies, Kaylyn, Jerminee, and Melody, who sped me through the check-in and check-out process.I have already recommended Mann Eye Institute to my family.
