I love this location! Stephanie, Karisa, Kiara and Dr. Han are awesome! You get seen on time, they take time to ask you questions, always have smiles on their faces. I feel very welcome when I go in. Best eye place ever!

I would to start off by saying I have really enjoyed by experience thus far at the Katy Mann Eye Institute location. Since day one the staff has been welcoming and patient with me through this interesting time with my diagnosis. Upon entry of the location the front desk staff was great assisting me with preliminary and exit questions. My work up tech, scribe and doctor was also understanding and informative to all questions that I have regarding my diagnosis. I would like to give a special shout out to Melody, Andye and Kim for being that support system through the process and being so down to earth. The service that was offered to me was beyond exceptional. I look forward to my next visit to the location as I progress through my diagnosis.
